- Silicone-glass siding of the managerial building
- Climatized with a Vrf System, a convector heating system was used.
- A 200 ton capacity fire-protection and normal water tank was fabricated.
- An 80 ton capacity weighing machine was installed.
- A security system with 16 cameras (speed - dome) connected to central security system was installed.
