The Building was constructed with a steel construction load-bearing system on a 1200 m2 construction area (two floors, each floor 600 m2).
Floor coating was made of sandwich panels, side coatings were made of rockwool panels and covered with insulated mantling and composite panels.
All fine works of the construction, electrical and mechanical installation works (heating, cooling and hvac works etc.) as well as landscaping and land use works were completed on a turnkey basis
